As wedding vendors, we attend weddings most likely every weekend. We love our bridal and wedding parties like our own family and friends. What makes this industry so special is that when you meet other vendors who become family. Today, I got to celebrate with friends, one of our wedding industry’s own, Ms. Molly Waite of Sweet Face Makeup Services (Rutland, VT).
I met Molly Waite during my first ever boudoir model casting back in Nov of 2022. We immediately fell in love as tornado twins (thank you ADHD and manic creative energy at times). Molly has been my muse from that day forward – allowing me to build a portfolio that I could never have dreamed of. Outside of nourishing our love for our crafts, she has let me into her life, allowing me to love and laugh alongside her amazing family.
Tonight I watched and cried as she danced with her father to a song he wrote just for them (father/daughter dance).
I watched my dear friend walk down the wedding aisle to her husband on the beautiful lawn of The Vermont Inn ( Mendon, Vermont). The wedding was nothing short of Martha Stuart Magazine worthy. Molly and her family (I did craft a few days as well) put so much effort and love into this wedding. With a handmade door to open when the bride walked down the aisle, it was just the most epic entrance one should have.
The tent that was decorated to the 9’s had vintage furniture for the sweetheart table, and a photo booth with personalized Polaroid camera film for all to use as a guest book add on.
The Bridal suite was beautifully decorated by her mother, and the light was perfect for us to do some last minute bridal boudoir photos for her husband, Cody.
Dinner was catered by the Inn, and we had an amazing taco bar with sweets (cheese cake and cupcakes).
I can’t express how beautiful everything was – and I can say it’s the first time in history that I believe a wedding has ever ran on time (Thanks to all the wedding vendors who were in the wedding party).
